We are excited to announce that John Funge, Managing Director at DataTribe, will be moderating a high-powered panel on cybersecurity innovation at the upcoming DMV Rising 2024 event. With his extensive experience in technology entrepreneurship and cybersecurity, Funge is uniquely positioned to lead this insightful discussion.

John Funge's career is marked by a series of successful ventures at the intersection of technology, design, and business. As a serial entrepreneur, he has co-founded and built three technology firms, all of which were acquired by larger companies:

Prior to joining DataTribe, Funge led product management at WealthEngine, further honing his skills in tech product development and management.

At DataTribe, a cyber startup foundry, Funge plays a crucial role in helping great entrepreneurs accelerate the growth of their businesses. DataTribe focuses on investing in and co-building dominant companies that make generational leaps in cybersecurity. The organization leverages deep experience and expertise from both Silicon Valley and the Intelligence Community to build and launch successful product companies.
