From dynamic startups to game-changing enterprises — the DMV is a powerhouse of innovation.
Since its inaugural event in 2023, the conference has grown into a must-attend gathering for the region's top cybersecurity leaders, drawing over 200 executive-level attendees to full capacity.
Four panel discussions explored the full scope of the DMV's cybersecurity landscape, from early-stage innovation to global market leadership.

Panel 1: Early Cyber Innovators
Moderated by Jennifer Bisceglie, this session tackled how security organizations should and should not use AI, vulnerability management, as well as key learning moments from each executive’s journey.
Panel 2: Category Creators
Moderated by Mishi Choudhary, this discussion explored how each creator identified critical gaps that others overlooked, scaled their foundational innovations, and built companies that now set standards for the industry.
Panel 3: Global Leadership
Moderated by John Funge, this session focused on concrete approaches to technology transfer from government to commercial applications, military talent pipelines, investment network development, and the cultural transformations necessary to position the DMV region as the next global cybersecurity powerhouse.
Panel 4: Defense Tech Disruption
The panel led by Vikram Singh explored how relatively new-on-the-block companies are securing major contracts, attracting unprecedented investment levels, and introducing Silicon Valley-speed development cycles to national security challenges, essentially rewriting the rules of engagement in a sector historically resistant to change.
